He has successfully led startups and multinational firms through growth, market expansion, and energy-transition programs that have delivered measurable social and environmental impact.
Mr. Kigen brings over four years of field and research experience in rangeland management, invasive species control, and community-led land restoration across Kenya’s drylands.
Roxventa is a highly skilled Sociologist with over 10 years experience in community engagement in forestry and rehabilitation, gender equity, capacity building, community governance in forestry and Climate Change Mitigation. She has a Masters Degree in Sociology from Kenyatta University and is currently undertaking her PhD Degree in Climate Change Adaptation at the University of Nairobi.
Florence is a forestry research scientist at the Kenya Forestry Research Institute (KEFRI) with extensive experience in silviculture, tree-nursery management, and sustainable plantation systems. Holding a First-Class BSc in Forestry and pursuing an MSc in Tropical Forest Biology and Silviculture, she has contributed to national and regional projects advancing climate-smart forestry and restoration science.
Dr. Koech brings over a decade of expertise in sustainable rangeland management, ecological restoration, and integrated crop–livestock systems across East Africa. His extensive field experience spans Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, and Sudan, where he has supported dryland communities through applied research, consultancy, and project evaluations in natural resource management, pastoral livelihoods, and environmental conservation
Kipchumba is an accomplished agricultural engineer and agribusiness strategist with a strong focus on farmer empowerment, poverty alleviation, and environmental stewardship. A graduate of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology with a BSc in Agricultural Engineering and currently pursuing an MBA in Management Information Systems at Maseno University, he integrates technology and management to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.
